I had a pretty nice stay at residence inn. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast every morning was good. It really exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit to the city.

the towels took too long to arrive.

As with many hotels, it felt a bit understaffed. We had a couple of hiccups, like only two towels for a family of four and a finicky curtain. Still, they managed to keep the place looking sharp!

i had a nice stay at residence inn. it was super close to the cleveland clinic, which made things really convenient for me. the breakfast was decent, and i enjoyed the bar area. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

the parking fee seemed a bit high.

you woudl think for $650 for 2 nights, they'd fix the non-working television or at least have bed linens ready for the pull-out sofa. not to mention the dirty utensils left in my kitchen. i almost gave a good review, but not even a complimentary water bottle, truly disappointing!

The indoor pool was a nice way to unwind after a long day, and I loved having access to the leisure room to chill out. Just a heads up, I had to ask a few times for fresh towels, but it didn't really take away from my stay! 😊

Incredibly attentive staff, felt like family. Excellent breakfast selections with exceptional veggie options. Loved the free shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic. Brought warmth and care to a stressful visit.

Microwave was handy for leftovers. Breakfast had great variety, but check-in took a while.
